One more year, we learnt about the tendencies and developments that SIMULIA users introduce in industry through innovation of processes, designs and applications. A true luxury.
The search for nature-inspired, innovative solutions known as biomimetics allows us to solve not just run-of-the-mill problems, but also some major structural challenges.
Consultancy is always a fascinating activity. Each project brings new challenges, often unexpected, which we face armed with our know-how, tools and experience. Our only goal is to give full satisfaction to the client who trusts our capabilities.
Last November 15th we held our XXI SIMULIA users’ meeting: 21 years getting together with our customers and collaborators to see how things evolve, what is new and how simulation software is helping innovation, initially in the world of design and now also in manufacturing.
We are now on the way to achieve efficiently products that satisfy the specific requirements of individual users. This paradigm change, brought in by additive manufacturing, will generate more effective working practices and new business models.
Over 70 attendees from the more relevant actors participated in the Innoday forum, discussing the tendencies of a clearly advancing technology that entails a paradigm change from current manufacturing practices.
Today we want to highlight the momentum provided to simulation by the additive manufacturing of functional parts, a momentum that leads to improvements in general capabilities and benefits more traditional applications unrelated to additive manufacturing
